About the Role:
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for several different personnel related administrative tasks and will provide critical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in HR projects
- Support annual employee performance reviews
- Manage the annual Budget Planning process
- Advise and assist in handling of human resource issues and determining the appropriate actions and processing
- Manage employees HR Onboarding schedule and ensure policies, procedures and regulations are clear
- Generate official internal documents such as offer letters and appointment letters
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update and audit internal databases (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workforce Planning)
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, census)
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
- Manage pay change, level changes, or organizational changes in SAP
- Manage terminations, recruitment, onboarding in Success Factors
- Support the different COEs where needed
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Who we are looking for:
- BS in Human Resources or relevant field
- Min of 3 years proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Experience with HR software, e.g., SAP, Power BI, HRIS, Success Factors
- Understanding of general human resource policies and procedures
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, Excel in particular)
- Self-starter, able to work efficiently and productively in a fast-paced environment
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Good ethical judgment
- Excellent communication and people skills
