Grounds Crew Leads are responsible for overseeing the Grounds Crew team members and ensuring daily projects are completed in a timely manner. We are currently looking for a: Noah's Ark - Grounds Crew Lead - Seasonal Roles & Responsibilities: Roles and Responsibilities: Maintain landscaped and grass areas (mowing, mulching, trimming, etc.) Ensure employee breaks are given in a timely manner and follow Wisconsin Labor Law Regulations Distribute daily tasks to team members and ensure projects are completed Ensure proper tube needs are met at every attraction Maintain and repair all tubes Repair all damaged chairs and deliver to designated areas Operate Flash Flood attraction Prepare picnic, catering, and employee party areas and food Assist in other departments as needed Performs any additional duties instructed by Lead, Supervisor, or Manager Other: Must be 18 years old Endure long hours of continuous work on your feet Capability to lift heavy weight (10-75 lbs) Ability to mow, rake, push, pull, etc. Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions Possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record Ability to work independently Demonstrate proper use and maintenance of all equipment (mowers, grills, vehicles, etc.) Comply to all uniform policies Demonstrate excellent Guest Service Team member benefits: What We Offer Working at Noah’s Ark Waterpark is about making people happy.
