Job Description: As a Sales Agent, your primary responsibility is to facilitate the sale of products or services to clients in a professional and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Interaction:

   • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and availability of products or services.

4. Training:

   • Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
   • Stay updated on industry trends and changes to products/services.

5. Documentation:

   • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotes, and sales activities.

6. Customer Service:

   • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
