Frozen Food Express is looking for a Benefits Administrator for our Lancaster, TX location.
Frozen Food Express is hiring Benefits Administrator to direct and plan the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (group health, dental, vision, worker's compensation, life insurance, etc.) Work within the human resources department and communicate with employees, resolve benefit-related issues, and collaborate with other departments and external vendors. Our strategic vision at Frozen Food Express is to be the premier temperature-controlled LTL carrier in North America. Our mission is to be the safest, most predominant, temperature-controlled LTL carrier, offering best in class service to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:
1- Leave of absence administrator
2- ACA 1095C maintenance
3- Manage healthcare wellness plan and initiatives
4- Reconcile monthly invoices specific to benefits
5- Respond to medical garnishments
6- Manage benefit claims
7- Manage open enrollment
Requirements:
1- 2 years experience administering benefits or a similar role
2- Able to demonstrate a working knowledge of FMLA and leave of absence administration
3- Working knowledge of relevant policies and regulations
4- Strong MS Excel skills
5- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6- Strong analytical capabilities
7- Attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
