Summary: The Physical Therapist implements Physical Therapy treatments and programs to facilitate customer's maximum functional level of independence. Physical Therapy Services may include but are not limited to: evaluation of patients, muscle strengthening and balance exercises, gait, safety awareness and endurance training, application of physical agents, neuromuscular reeducation, postural control and sensorimotor training, pain management and peripheral/vertebral mobilizations.
Education/Experiene: Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy preferred. Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university in Physical Therapy will be considered with relevant experience. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current licensure or eligible as a PT under the Illinois Physical Therapy Act. Maintains BLS certification.
