What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finisher position at Fiberdome Inc.?
We are looking for an experienced finisher/assembler to join our production team. As a finisher/assembler you will be responsible for working as part of a fiberglass component final assembly team on several products including: vehicle body parts, industrial components, specialty fiberglass parts, etc.
To ensure success as a finisher/assembler, you should have excellent hand-eye coordination, understanding of quality requirements and strong attention to detail.

With our 10-hour shifts Monday-Thursday, you have a 3-day weekend every week!
Responsibilities:
Removing imperfections in parts using hand and air tools:
Patching with filler putty
Spray patch top coat
Sand and buff for final finish
Assembly of hardware onto fiberglass parts using jigs, fixtures and other tools.
Reading and understanding work instructions and drawings.
Keeping tools clean and keep area organized.
Company supplied PPE required/respirator required in some applications.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Excellent hand-eye coordination.
Knowledge of automotive or fiberglass body work techniques.
Ability to see subtle color differences.
Experience with breathing masks and protective clothing.
Ability to work with harsh chemicals.
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
