RETAIL TRAINING FACILITATOR
The candidate will be responsible for facilitating impactful and engaging learning experiences for Retail Bankers, both in an in-person and virtual classroom setting, and assisting with maintenance of training materials as directed including Retail Training Manuals, procedures, job aids, e-learning videos, and facilitator tools. Also responsible for addressing internal customer inquiries via email or phone to the Retail Training support line in a timely and professional manner, and assisting with administration of the learning management system.
Requirements for the position include high school diploma (or equivalent) with a Bachelor’s Degree in training or related field and professional certifications related to training preferred. The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills, including superior presentation skills, and excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills. The candidate must also have the ability to think quickly and problem solve in the moment, and have a strong customer service mindset.
