Position Purpose: Oversee the development, design and implementation of community outreach initiatives for name branding and sponsorship opportunities• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Community Relations function in assigned region, including staffing, training and operational decision• Oversee sales coverage and develop best possible market penetration for all products in assigned region and accordance with company's policies and programs
• Identify, develop and coordinate new outreach opportunities to increase membership
• Oversee the coordination and delivery of community events and agency presentations
• Collaborate and schedule Representatives at outside marketing locations and community events
• Provide training to Representatives to ensure successful sales and compliance participate in audit processes as required
• Follow up with prospects encountered at events in designated service area
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of marketing, sales or community relations experience. Previous managed care experience, in Medicaid or Medicare preferred. Bilingual is a plus.
License/Certification: Current state’s Accident and Health Insurance Agent license and driver’s license

The salary range for NY is: $79,300 - $142,800
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
