- 1 year in customer service and dispatching.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred. Key Responsibilities :
- Dispatching, scheduling, and customer service in a production / distribution environment.
- Main contact for drivers and vendors.
- Assign loads to forklift drivers and yard hostlers.
- Schedule inbound / outbound appointments, sign in drivers, and manage inventory software.
- Assist Office Manager with reports and inventory control.
