We are looking for a dynamic individual to create communications strategies, develop content, and complete communication plans for internal and external audiences! This role will help write executive speeches, corporate narratives, and executive briefing documents.
The Enterprise Content Team works with senior leaders to develop and communicate Fidelity’s key business priorities and leadership messages.
This role works closely with other members of the Communications team on the development, implementation, and tracking of Fidelity’s cross-enterprise messaging initiatives. This work includes writing CEO talking points for senior management meetings, client conference speeches, and internal business meetings. This individual also will lead the project management for producing Fidelity’s annual Shareholder Report. In addition, this role will develop and update key enterprise-wide narratives for use by other Communication teams. Additional responsibilities include managing and updating the Enterprise Content SharePoint site, which contains key information, resources, and documents for other groups to use with clients and the media.
We are looking for an individual with exceptional writing and project management skills. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to take complex concepts and distill them into compelling content that resonates with key audiences, as well as a strategic mentality that applies data and insights to inform communications approaches. You must have the ability to work well under pressure with a high level of independent drive. We require a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar position or as a director or senior manager in communications or public policy in a fast-paced environment.
