The Role
We are a new department looking for a Facilitator, Alternative Investments, you who will be responsible for developing training programs and facilitating all training for the Alternative Investment Investor Relations team. Your focus will be driving associate proficiency through classroom and mentoring effectiveness which will include virtual delivery. You have a passion to teach and continuously better the learning experience for all associates with the client always in mind. You will be responsible for performing preparation activities such as coordination of technology, logistics, etc. to ensure flawless training program execution. Role responsibilities will expand as department grows and initiatives warrant.
Embedded in the OSG, Operations Services Group, we are a newly built and growing team here at Fidelity, servicing the suite of Alternative Investment products that have been created and launched by Fidelity. This new space offers Fidelity a new asset class previously unexplored by current day Fidelity funds (ETFs, Mutual Funds).
