Job Description:
This Vice President role is part of the WI/HCG Pricing Team. The Pricing Team is a fast-paced, dynamic environment that operates from an enterprise perspective. This VP position will lead a team of finance professionals responsible for pricing new and existing clients across the Tax Exempt and Core Markets. The role's primary objective will be to lead, influence, and implement competitive pricing strategies to optimize profitability for the long-term benefit of Fidelity. The position regularly presents pricing recommendations to Sales, Relationship Management, and Finance Leaders.
The Expertise You Have
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10 years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis
Successful track record of managing a team
Financial services experience; experience in benefits outsourcing (WI/HCG) a plus
Proven ability to combine a strategic business perspective with solid project management and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to "tell the story" and communicate effectively with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization
Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint with experience in data visualization tools and the ability to teach others

Leading analyses and strategic pricing recommendations to management and business partners

This is a critical finance role that will help drive key strategic priorities for WI/HCG and drive new business/renewals to generate value and grow market share for the firm.
