Change Manager and Workplace Strategy Analyst

Job Description:

As a key member of Fidelity’s Real Estate Team, you will help manage and implement the enterprise wide Workplace Change Management Program and be directly responsible for building, deploying and measuring the results of Corporate Real Estate projects, worldwide!

The Team

As part of the Communication & Change Management Team within Fidelity Real Estate you will Project Manage Fidelity’s Workplace Change Management Program across all regions, be directly responsible for the development of metrics that outlines and reports on project successes, and partner to lead some change management activities with cross-functional teams. The Analyst is encouraged to innovate and test different methods for collecting data and reporting outcomes, visualize it, and scale learnings as opportunity allows.

The Expertise You Have

• Relevant undergraduate and/or graduate degree related to business, data science/business analytics, communications, or design related field.
• 7+ years of workplace strategy, corporate real estate or architectural experience.
• Change management experience required.
• Strong project management, quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Visual communication skills required to “tell the story” that the data demonstrates.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau/Power BI and Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Microsoft project software and PMP certification a plus.

• Make decisions on workplace data gathering and reporting efforts and participate in all change management activities/scope.
• Serve as the PMO for all Change Management efforts orchestrating change management milestones at the appropriate time.
