The Role
Fidelity Enterprise Cybersecurity is seeking a highly skilled Identity Governance & Administration Architect, primarily responsible for the architecting our next generation access governance systems that provides identity governance solutions, reporting and a single interface for access request to our business units.
Key areas of accountability:
- Identity Governance and Administration leadership, to include standards and implementation mentorship.
- Support business units as it relates to providing sign-in, sign-up, maintenance, and sign-out capabilities.
- Defining an architectural strategy and blueprints that align with the enterprise architecture strategy and technology.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
(The order of these bullets does not matter)
- Education: BS or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: minimum 7 years of shown technical lead / architectural skills and responsibilities.
- IAM protocols such as SCIM, OAUTH, SAML, OIDC
- In depth knowledge of SailPoint's IdentityIQ or IdentityNOW products
- Experience crafting lifecycle event flows such as Joiner / Mover / Leaver
- Understanding of and experience implementing SailPoint. Understanding of SailPoint Identity IQ deployment and architecture, experience integrating applications and writing provisioning/aggregation rules, writing sophisticated business processes, API extensions and plugins
- Experience of integrating sophisticated platforms with Identity IQ
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure as a deployment platform for SailPoint IIQ
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISA. SailPoint certifications are a plus.
Skills
- Deep architectural understanding of the workforce IAM space and understanding of the alignments between the various verticals IGA, PAM, Authentication, Directory, Authorization
- Ability to interview collaborators, clarify the problem statement, elicit requirements, and transform those requirements into designs to be consumed by engineering teams
- Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical, equally comfortable presenting ideas / concepts to senior management and implementation teams

- Skilled at taking complex topics and making them simple.
- Transparent judgment and stands behind their decisions.
- Flexible and collaborative with peers
- Ability to communicate optimally with all levels of management, both verbally and in writing

The Enterprise Cybersecurity Architecture Team is responsible for the following:
- Security Architecture Vision/Innovation
- Security Architecture & Strategy Development
- Architecture Standardization & Evangelism
