Reporting to the Technical Lead, the Sr. Instructional Developer will join the Corporate Services Talent, Learning, Diversity and Inclusion team and will build holistic learning solutions to support associates across Corporate Services (CS) and Legal, Risk & Compliance (LRC).

Sr Learning Experience Designer
Are you an experienced Learning Experience Designer who can use the latest in learning development tools to create exciting and modern learning experiences? If this sounds like you, we have an opportunity to work with a small but mighty learning team at Fidelity supporting the Corporate Services, Legal, Risk & Compliance (LRC) associates.
The Expertise You Have
- Bachelor's degree with at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Learning Experience Design or front-end Web Development
- Proven ability to design and develop using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Hands on experience building interactive web portals on the Microsoft SharePoint platform
- Exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform
- In-depth knowledge and skills in web design and development
- Ability to design and build learning experiences using modern graphic design, video and authoring tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner
- Comfortable as a self-starter and able to act independently under general direction.
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management.
Skills You Bring
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Experience with instructional design, visual design, user experience design and audio/video production
- Great at juggling multiple, complex projects with changing priorities
- Comfortable engaging meaningfully in project meetings with stakeholders
