The Purpose of Your Role:
Distribution Service and Operations (DSO) is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused leader to inspire a team of licensed associates charged with delivering outstanding service and industry expertise to our clients and business partners. As a team leader, you will provide strategic direction and execution as you lead, coach, and develop your team to drive results, while improving the confidence and loyalty of our clients and better position them for lifetime financial success.
The Expertise and Skills you Bring:
- Proven Leadership Experience
- Previous Management or Leadership Experience in financial services is a plus
- Series 7, 63/65 required, along with 9/10 licensing
- Outstanding mentoring and coaching skills
- Experience with regulatory and compliance practices and rules
- Ability to balance leadership and supervisory responsibilities
- Your expertise to drive business results, while partnering with local and national peers to maintain a culture of collaboration and success, within your team, department, and broader organization.
- Outstanding mentoring skills, and ability to empower associates to grow and develop in a culture of Customer Obsession.
- Your ability to lead, coach, and develop associates remotely in a phone environment
