Fielding's Culinary Group is now hiring a Manager at FIELDING'S LOCAL KITCHEN + BAR & FIELDING'S WOOD GRILL. We are searching for an experienced, passionate and outgoing individual.

Fielding's local kitchen + bar is our casual, upscale neighborhood restaurant in Creekside Park Village Center. Our menu includes dry-aged steaks, handmade artisan pasta, house-cured charcuterie, open flame pizza, and re-invented desserts. "The Watering Hole" Bar offers 25 draft and bottle craft beer, hand-crafted cocktails, a 120-bottle selection of wine and 150 spirits. Lunch and Dinner daily, and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.

Our first concept, Fielding's Wood Grill, was named one of the TOP 10 Best New Restaurants of 2013 by the Houston Chronicle and Alison Cook. Fielding's Wood Grill is a "best in class" all natural wood grill & rotisserie with craft beers, good wines, and scratch cocktails. Our menu includes craft burgers, artisan bread, house ground proteins, amazing salads, and hand spun chef-crafted milk shakes. We also offer a full bar with craft beer, signature cocktails, and thoughtful wines as well as a complete espresso and coffee bar menu. Lunch and Dinner daily, and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.

FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER Job Duties:
? ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
? overseeing stock levels & ordering supplies
? handling customer inquiries and complaints
? taking reservations
? problem solving
? keeping statistical and financial records
? handling administration and paperwork
? liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.
FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER Job Requirements:
? 3 years of manager experience (FOR LOCAL)
? 1 year of manager experience (FOR WOOD GRILL)
? 1 year of restaurant experience (FOR BOTH)

Reliable Transportation Required
