Roles And Responsibilities
- Employee end to end onboarding process – creation of offers, employee records, pre onboarding tasks, engaging with new hires, managing day 1 onboarding paperwork
- Ensure HR systems are up to date with new hire information, collaborate with support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Support with employee offboarding activities – exit clearance, payroll & full and final confirmation, relieving letter, update SAP HR database
- Maintain trackers on monthly audits, onboarding, offboarding, payroll management
- Manage employee Information and personal files/ employee records, handle employee background verification requests, creation of process documents
- Assist with the recruitment and hiring of new employees, including posting job openings, processing applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Participate in global projects and initiatives
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
- Support the HR team in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
- Maintain ongoing relationships with external vendors, handling of invoices and purchase requisitions
- Improving efficiency and effectiveness in HR delivery
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources, business, or a related field
- 5-7 years’ relevant experience in HR Operations and Talent acquisition
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft excel and other MS office applications; HRIS systems (e.g. Taleo,SAP)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Desire to work as a team with an outcome driven approach
