Come join the largest drink shop in the Nation! We are looking for an Assistant Manager who help manage the overall operation of the store, alongside the General Manager. You will help supervise and direct the team, ensure customer satisfaction and product quality, manage the store’s inventory, and manage safety and security within the store.
Primary Duties
· Work alongside the GM to set goals for the store/team and be a leader of culture and performance
· Manage inventory and receiving through the point of sale.
· Challenge and inspire the team to achieve business objectives
· Provide team members with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities
· Lead with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of FiiZ
· Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate appropriate responsibilities and practices to team members to ensure a smooth flow of operations
Qualifications and Expectations
The ideal candidate for the position of Assistant Manager should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with proven expertise in overseeing food service establishments. Alternatively, we welcome applicants with a combination of education, experience, and training that equips them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities outlined below:
· Minimum of one year experience in food service
· Must be able to work Sundays
· Entrepreneurial mentality with a willingness to roll up sleeves and chip in where needed
· Ability to stay calm during periods of high volume or stress and manage smooth transitions thereafter to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the store team.
· Be product-minded, customer-minded, people-minded, detailed, forward focused and consistent
· Ability to accept feedback and be accountable for your own success as well as the success of your team
· Make logical, significant decisions using general, recognized skills and techniques
· Lead with integrity, a positive attitude, be mission-driven, and be self-directed with a demonstrated passion for our mission and commitment to working collaboratively
