Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable and flexible individuals to join our Curtis Bay Warehouse Team.
What You’ll Do
As an Equipment Operator at Fila, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of one to several pieces of equipment, including: Order Selector, Counterbalance, and Reach Lift. The Equipment Operator is responsible for safely, accurately, and efficiently moving, relocating, stacking and counting product.
Schedule: Monday – Friday Start Time: 1 and 1:30PM, 8 hour shift
Pay Rate: $16.00
Responsibilities
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Cross-train in other various distribution center functions
- Assist in physical inventory by rotation of stock
- Maintain clean, neat and orderly work areas
- Work in safe, responsible manner to not intentionally injure oneself, or endanger well-being of others
- Participate as a team member, and contribute towards the success of the organization
- Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Must be physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Work in a warehouse environment, which includes working throughout seasonal temperature variations
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Minimum of Six (6) months of previous operator experience preferred
