Responsible for, under intermittent supervision, recruiting support to business units in Mortgage Operations.
EXPECTATIONS
- Defines and executes campaigns to engage candidates using a variety of different methods (ads, social media, job fairs, etc); accurately and effectively reflects the value proposition for each position and attract top talent.
- Consults with hiring managers to identify expectations and qualifications desired.
- Develops and manages strong relationships; acts as a liaison with hiring managers and active/passive candidates in an effort to attract and hire the best talent.
- Partners with Marketing on the development of a recruitment brand across social media sites (internal/external).
- Recruits for hard to fill positions within the business units.
- Works in an independent role to drive results for recruiting function including partner with internal and external resources to create a strong recruitment brand for the company.
- Implements and manages sourcing strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring resources are devoted to the most effective sourcing methods.
- Coaches hiring managers in best practice and compliant interviewing techniques.
- Partners to define and effectively communicate company values, culture, and benefits to candidates.
- Ensures compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment practices.
- Ensure proper data entry and information integrity within the applicant tracking system.
- Maintains competitive intelligence of industry workforce trends and how they impact the diverse business units.
- Builds and manages relationships with colleges and universities to develop a pipeline of new talent.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION - REQUIRED
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
- 5 years of full cycle, in-house recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting within Mortgage Operations.
- Strong ability to take initiative and drive for results with minimum supervision and maximum output.
- Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service.
- Demonstrated patience and professionalism when interacting with both internal and external customers.
- Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
- Demonstrated experience working with applicant tracking systems within an HRIS.
- Significant relationship building experience and a capacity to build and maintain professional alliances.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities; strong detail orientation and highly organized.
- Works with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
- Ethical, with a commitment to company values.
