Manage pipeline of loans within required performance standards for welcome, approval and status calls
Assist customers with basic inquires or problems
Ability to analyze and calculate DTI
Ability to review credit reports and title searches
Must be able to order flood and HOI policies
Act as liaison to appraisal companies, credit reporting agencies and title companies
Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and process a minimum of 30 loans at a time
Must be able to perform job functions independently or with limited supervision and work effectively either on own or as part of a team
Review loan files and determine what documentation is required for underwriting
Work with clients to ensure documentation is collected in a timely manner
Comply with bank policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS

Have a firm understanding of mortgage underwriting and compliance rules
Knowledge of Desktop Underwriter and Loan Prospector
Self motivated
Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be able to adapt and excel in an ever-changing environment
Previous experience a plus but not a requirement for position.
BENEFITS
$37,500 with bonuses for a $50,000-$85,000 income potential
Full time
Monday to Thursday 9:45 am to 8 pm Friday 9:45 to 5 pm
