Branch Assistant
Financial Independence Planning, LLC is seeking a full-time Branch Assistant for our Lansdale office. Branch Assistant Responsibilities:
· Greet clients, and maintain office appearance
· Answer incoming phone calls
· Manage office inventory
· Submit paperwork for processing, and follow up with broker dealer
· Process client checks deposits
· Update CRM (customer relationship management) database as needed
· Oversee documents requested by compliance
· Work as a team member on various projects
· Participate in monthly team meetings
Branch Assistant Qualifications:
- College degree (BS/BA) preferred and/or two years of experience in the financial services industry
A business-related degree would be a plus, experience however is the best training ground for this position. If you enjoy communicating, problem-solving, and working with a team, you will enjoy this opportunity!

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
