POSITION SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following essential duties satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
- Scanning service as required.
- Maintaining Engineering Department electronic library.
- Operate a PC and utilize spreadsheet, database, graphic, flow chart, organization chart, and word processing software.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, as directed.
- Provide clerical assistance, as directed.
- Ability to type or create reports/project documentation in a final format from rough notes or drafts.
- Assist with bid proposal preparation.
- Responsible for coordination of technical deliverables and documentation to the customer
- Must abide by and enforce all organizational policies and procedures.
- Enter Customized Bill Of Material (CBOM) into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for engineering departments.
- Check the Engineering Forecast Data Base (EFDB) to Customized Bill Of Material (CBOM) CBOM material variances and identify to Engineering Leads.
QUALIFICATIONS

- High school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 1-year administrative experience is desired but not required.
SKILLS:
- Ability to use the Microsoft Office software suite. Must be fluent in Word and Excel. A working knowledge of Access, PowerPoint, and Project is desired.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment like copy, fax, and scanning machines, etc...
- The ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- The ability to work overtime when required.
- Good oral and communication skills

- Familiarity with filing systems
- Accuracy in preparing reports (i.e. expense reports, time keeping reports, etc...)
- Ability to gather reports in support of Engineering Manager.

- Uses time efficiently and the ability to work to a schedule
- Listens attentively and follows direction
- Able to complete tasks with minimal direction
