The fundraising division of a reputable university is contracting a Project Manager to support strategic initiatives over the next year. This position directly collaborates with influential leaders in the planning, implementation, and analysis of projects.
Length of Assignment: 1 year
Hours: 8am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
Schedule: Hybrid
Pay Rate: $30-$32 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline steps, resources, and timelines required for successful project implementation based on the vision and strategy from leadership
- Coordinate with multiple project teams to execute implementation plans effectively and efficiently
- Monitor project progresses and proactively address issues to keep projects on track
- Communicate and collaboratively work with leadership members and key stakeholders to implement divisional and departmental needs
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams as necessary for each specific project or initiative
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 2 years of project management experience
- Immense attention to detail
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
