This position is onsite 5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment cycle and the onboarding process
- Handle daily and operational HR functions for hourly associates
- Monitor absenteeism and timesheets
- Track performance reviews
- Interact with staffing agencies
- Verify employment
- Utilize HRIS
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2 to 3 years of HR experience, manufacturing environment a plus
- Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Adaptable, driven, service-oriented personality
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
Compensation & Benefits:
- $45,000 – $55,000, based on experience
