What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Coordinator position at Find Great People?

A manufacturing company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist. This is a great opportunity for an energetic, personable team-player looking to gain excellent exposure to all facets of HR.

This position is onsite 5 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment cycle and the onboarding process
  • Handle daily and operational HR functions for hourly associates
  • Monitor absenteeism and timesheets
  • Track performance reviews
  • Interact with staffing agencies
  • Verify employment
  • Utilize HRIS

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2 to 3 years of HR experience, manufacturing environment a plus
  • Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Adaptable, driven, service-oriented personality
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $45,000 – $55,000, based on experience
  • Employer sponsored health insurance
  • Vacation and holiday schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
