Job description
We are looking for an individual to provide excellent customer service at the Anna Ruby Falls Ticket Booth. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make visitors feel welcome at our site will stand out.
Time will be spent in the ticket booth area collecting entrance fees, greeting guests and sharing information about Anna Ruby Falls Recreation Area.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Collect fees in ticket booth
- Provide accurate information about the area
- Answer customers’ questions
Skills
- Proven work experience with customer service
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- High school degree
Job Type : Part-time
Pay : $10.85 - $12.00 per hour
