Trim Foreman - Delaware
Job Description:
The Trim Foreman will co-ordinate and schedule the activities of carpenters who construct, renovate, and maintain structures of wood and other building materials and build and install interior finishing in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Responsibilities:
· Provide on-site leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
· Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.
· Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity.
· Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
· Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
· Train or arrange for training of employees.
· Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
· Ensure standards for safe working conditions are ensure they are being followed.
· Prepare schedules and other reports.
· May also supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers, and laborers.
Qualifications:
· Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations.
· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
· Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives.
· Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and people skills.

Salary:
· $45,000 - $65,000 (Depending on Experience)

- 8-hour shift (Candidate will be required to be available to work dayshift, evening, or weekends, when required to complete project deadlines)
Experience:
· Interior framing experience (2 year minimum)

Candidate must live in Dover, Delaware or near Eastern Shore, travel required.
