Shift: Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
As an Installer specializing in high-end cabinets and/or Architectural Millwork including doors, jambs, base, T&G, siding, wall panels, etc., you'll play a crucial role in bringing exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail to our projects. Your responsibilities include the precise installation of high-quality Architectural Millwork, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing finish. You'll collaborate closely with designers and project managers to interpret blueprints and specifications, delivering on the vision of sophisticated and luxurious spaces. Your expertise will extend to handling and working with premium materials, showcasing a mastery of techniques to achieve impeccable results. Attention to precision, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a commitment to delivering top-notch craftsmanship define your role in elevating the overall quality of our installations.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Precision Installation: Execute the precise installation as a finish carpenter, ensuring a flawless fit and finish in accordance with project specifications.

Being an installer, especially one focused on high-end cabinets and trim materials, often involves physical demands. Here are some common physical requirements for the role:
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry heavy cabinets, doors, pocket framers, trim pieces, and other materials. This may involve lifting items from ground level, carrying them to the installation site, and positioning them accurately.

Requirements:
- Min 5 years cabinet installation experience
- Must have own tools and transportation
- Ability to read shop drawings and take direction from PM
- Work independently
- High end residential cabinet experience
- Finish Carpentry experience a plus
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Work Location: Coastal Orange County, and/or LA county.
