The candidate will learn our product knowledge & marketing strategies while going out to achieve sales targets for our community solar subscription. As a new start, this manager will have to travel to our Philadelphia location daily for the first couple weeks while learning our systems. The manager will provide coaching and leadership to future new hires on the team once marketing proficiency is achieved, and help develop a team of stars with our support.
The leader will help motivate and guide team members towards reaching their marketing & sales goals. He/she will train scripts, report to senior leadership on achievements and obstacles, and mentor the new hires. Eventually, he/she will help in developing the sales talent and culture of the future Delaware office.
