We are looking for a Client Finance Coordinator to manage accounts receivable. The coordinator will work closely with finance team members to maintain client records, issue invoices, and follow up on incoming payments.
General Responsibilities include:
- Collect and review statements of work to ensure proper invoicing
- Work closely with finance analysts to identify invoicing amounts
- Generate and send client invoices accurately and timely
- Facilitate payment of client invoices due in line with corporate policies
- Communicate with clients to resolve accounts receivable queries as needed
- Escalate collections concerns to management whenever necessary
- Maintain client information records in conjunction with client financial analysts
What it takes:
- Highly organized and detail-driven
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Know how:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred
- Prior internship experience or 1-2 years of related experience preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with SharePoint
