Responsibilities:
Our Customer Service Representative will be working directly with customers via phone calls, internet leads and retail walk-ins. You will be checking the status of customer orders, taking sales calls and providing quotations for customers looking for new products.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
Skills:
- Ideal candidate has an outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office Products and Gmail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
- Eagerness to learn our fire equipment product line quickly
- Experience with Quickbooks software is a plus.
- Experience in the Fire Industry a plus
