AR Associate

Job Description:
A detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 3 years Account Receivable and Collection experience who will take full ownership of the A/R & Collection position.

Candidate will be responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues and generate weekly aging reports in a timely manner. The candidate must have a knowledge of general accounting principles and be proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), Infor and other ERPs as needed. Also, the candidate must be able to produce best in class results with limited direct oversight. This is in office position in the Woodside facility.

The candidate should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator, both written and verbally over the phone, as he or she will frequently deal with higher levels of management.

Job Requirements:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Make daily collection calls
• Conduct account research and analysis
• Prepare and maintain various reports
• Maintain accurate aging reports
• Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments
• Send statement to outstanding customers
• Reconcile A/R against customer payables
• Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues
• Maintain dispute management process on related items
• Comply with the Pavion Collections Handbook

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• 3 years of hands-on administrative support experience
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm or 7:30 am to 4:30 pm on site

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook; must have strong computer skills
• Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
• Demonstrates a high level of customer service ability
• Attention to detail.
• Has the ability to work independently.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
• Team player, committed to working in a quality environment.
• Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills

Pavion is committed to pay transparency and provides a salary range of $60,000-$70,000K annually for this position, which is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, market conditions, etc.
