Position Summary: Responsible for assisting the Cultivation Supervisor with the daily maintenance and upkeep of cultivation activities. Primary work duties include:
- Plant care and maintenance, including but not limited to:
o Cloning, re-potting, watering, soil mixing, fertilizer mixing, pruning, trellising, scouting for pests/pathogens, treatment of pests/pathogens, and harvesting
- Monitoring of facility systems including but not limited to:
o Light, soil, water/fertility, and environmental management
o Notifying Cultivation Supervisor about issues that arise
- Cleaning work areas daily
- Assist with data input/tracking in compliance software systems
- Adherence to company training and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Assist with maintaining all production and maintenance logs
- Assist other departments as required
- Ensure compliance to Federal, State, Local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in horticulture and/or cannabis preferred

This position will be exposed to pollen, allergens, and chemical pesticides at the facility. As well as fumes, dust, odors, extreme heat temperatures, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, noise, protective gear, vibrations, and water.
