What are the responsibilities and job description for the K-8 Tutor position at FIREFLY TUTORS?
Firefly Tutors is hiring a year-round, in-home K-8 TUTOR
IN-HOME Experienced Tutors ONLY
Elementary and Middle School-level tutors in FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA, and surrounding areas (IN HOME ONLY)
MUST BE AVAILABLE some Mon-Fri WEEKDAY/DAYTIME HOURS (afternoons or mornings are okay)
Ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- FUN, skilled, creative, compassionate, intuitive, encouraging tutor
- Versed in a variety of K-8 Core Subject Areas (Math, Science, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, etc.)
- 1-2 years of experience working with students (experience with SPED/learning differences a plus)
Pay is $35 per hour
1-20 hours per week
In-home tutoring only
