Firehouse Movers is a moving company which is family-owned by a retired local firefighter and has been in business over 20 years. We are looking for a Sale Representative with experience delivering Excellent Customer Service with high phone sales volume! Must be a PROFESSIONAL, DEPENDABLE, ENERGETIC (yes fun), and OUTGOING PHONE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (NO COLD CALLING these are HOT LEADS that call for a move) with SALES and direct customer-service support experience, and A GREAT ATTITUDE!

Responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls (high volume).
- Making timely follow up calls to leads.
- Experience turning leads into Opportunities!
- Accurate data entry of customer information and notes.
- Identifying customer needs, accurately and efficiently.
- Providing accurate and timely quotes to customers for all their packing, moving, and/or storage needs.
- Scheduling customers packing, moving and/or storage opportunities.
- Confirm accuracy of quote prior to booking opportunities in the system.
- Assist with all customer requested changes & needs in a timely manner.
- Work with team in handling all Calls, Emails, Texts and Chats in timely manner.
- Reviewing scripts and talking points to improve knowledge and performance level.
Requirements:
- Work schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 to 5:30.
- Ability to work Saturday shifts (when scheduled) – any week you are scheduled to work Saturday, you will receive Wednesday off.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer skills and experience (Microsoft Office Word and Excel a MUST)
- Professionally handle High Stress Situations.
