Summary: Supervise IT staff and ensure efficient operation of the bank in-house computer network, servers, databases and equipment.
Responsibilities: Oversee IT Operations area and personnel. Plan, develop, install, configure, maintain, support and optimize all network hardware, software, and communication links. Analyze and resolve end user hardware and software issues; develop and implement policies and procedures.
Requirements: Comprehensive knowledge of Computer Hardware. Network and PC Operating systems including Windows 10, Server 2012, 2016 or 2019. Experience with Microsoft operating systems. Five years of management and IT related experience, plus Certifications in A or Network . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or CCNA, A or Network Security related certification is preferred.
Location: Artesia or Las Cruces, NM
