We are seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented full-time employee with experience in the NYC real estate marketplace. This position will oversee all administrative functions while working closely with the executive team.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively and efficiently manage the Administrative team
- Solving for general operational issues and supporting companywide initiatives
- Executive team member support
- Identifying areas to cut office costs while driving improvement of the overall office aesthetic and efficiencies
- Overseeing customer and staff support, delivery inquiries and office supplies inventory
Qualifications:
- College education
- At least 1 year experience in a related position
- Detail oriented and accurate in assigned work
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks and projects
- Able to work independently
- Able to problem solve for a variety of different problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Responsive customer service
- Microsoft knowledge preferred
