Background Profile
Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree required
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline, is preferred.
• 3 years of related experience working with Headliners 
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Good problem solver
• Microsoft Office experience (must be confident using v-lookups & pivot tables)
• Auditing experience

Requirements

• Experience with PPAP
• Experience with control plans
• Experience with PFMEAs
• Experience in ISO9001:2015 environment
• Experience with lean manufacturing/continuous improvement techniques
• Six Sigma, Shainin, or other statistical problem-solving certification and/or experience
• Cross-functional team experience
• Project management experience
• Experience working with Headliners

Technical skills & experiences:

• Quality systems (ISO)
• ERP System (JDE)
• APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
• Minitab (preferred)
• Experience using measurement equipment (MSA or Gage R&R)
• Root cause corrective action
• Supplier corrective action requests from customers
• Faro arm experience
