What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contact Center Agent position at First Central Credit Union?

We currently have a position for a part-time Contact Center Agent, Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, not required; hours are from 1:30pm to 5:30pm. The Contact Center Agent will receive incoming calls and provide direct support services to the member and/or connect them with the appropriate staff representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage high call volume in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Perform a full range of member service transactions.
  • Developing a rapport with members
  • Promote credit union products, services and marketing campaigns

Skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Active listening with strong phone and verbal communication skills
  • Customer focus and adaptability

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.71 - $19.06 per hour
