What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contact Center Agent position at First Central Credit Union?
We currently have a position for a part-time Contact Center Agent, Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, not required; hours are from 1:30pm to 5:30pm. The Contact Center Agent will receive incoming calls and provide direct support services to the member and/or connect them with the appropriate staff representative.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high call volume in an effective and efficient manner.
- Perform a full range of member service transactions.
- Developing a rapport with members
- Promote credit union products, services and marketing campaigns
Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Active listening with strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Customer focus and adaptability
