OUR STORY: First Class Commercial Cleaning was founded by John Disselkamp, a UK Grad and native Louisvillian, back in January of 2016 with hardly a penny in the bank and nothing but a mop, a couple rags, and a bottle of Windex he bought at Wal-Mart. From those very humble beginnings a short 6 years ago to today where we are fortunate enough to serve 220 families and 57 mid to large commercial facilities, John attributes that growth to the simple things: Treating people well and Working Hard. The Finance Manager is responsible for all accounting and finance functions. This position will be responsible for managing accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements including Monthly pre-close, Forecasting, Budgeting, and monthly deep dives. We are looking for a self-starter who not only possesses brilliant analytical skills but also communicates findings confidently and articulately to our leadership team. The Finance Manager will ensure compliance with organizational policies. They will participate in monthly close activities with the leadership team on matters regarding financial statement accuracy and completeness, variance from budget and prior year, discussion and financial reporting support, and other finance issues, including our annual budgeting cycle.
Essential Functions:
- Preparing financial reports and producing activity statements and monitor accounts
- Providing advice on company financial and investment decisions
- Analyzing company data and market trends to make financial predictions and maximize profits
- Producing long term business plans based on company data
- Implementing reporting processes to minimize financial risk
- Ensuring all investment and financial activities are compliant with industry laws
- Benefit management and other HR duties
- IT management
- AR/AP functions and duties
- Payroll management and processing
- P&L management and preparation for monthly financial calls
- Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling, and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends, and assessing the financial health of the company.
- Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
- Advise/Collaborate with the leadership team on decisions related to the company’s finances.
- Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.
- Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
- High personal and professional integrity with can-do attitude to dig into anything and everything to support the business
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ideal candidate will possess a degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least three of progressive financial experience required, including AP/AR, payroll, and P&L management
- Budgeting, forecasting, financial cost control planning & analysis and monthly reporting experience is a must
- Demonstrate ability to manage in a diverse environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work under strict deadlines are essential
- Must be organized, demonstrate initiative, and have ability to diagnose current state and achieve process improvement
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills required.

PAY:
- Salary between $70,000 to $85,000 based on experience
