Accounting Job Duties:
* Assist in the preparation of the monthly FCMC recon
* Prepare fixed assets for inputting
* Able to pull invoices and research in different applications (ie: Concur and Horizon)
* Run proof one day a week
* Support the Accounting and Specialty Assistant Manager as needed
* Other duties as assigned

Central Travel Desk Job Duties:
* Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
* Review employee expense reimbursements
* Complete weekly audits for expense reimbursements that have gone through the Skip Workflow audit rule
* Communicate with CWT as needed

* At least 18 years of age
* Associates preferred (not required) in GBA, Accounting, Finance, or Management
* Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience within Finance or Banking
* Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized
* Good communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Must be able to present in front of a group
* Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
* Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
