We are looking for a an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The main responsibilities entail supporting the growth and development of the company’s marketing initiatives and strategic plan.This roles responsibilities also include producing internal and external marketing & communications collateral, internal campaigns, guides, presentations, events, and other marketing needs. This position reports to the SVP, Director of Marketing and supports marketing initiatives. Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s marketing efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.
Responsibilities·
- Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns
- Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
- Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand
- Assisting in the collaboration and organization of our events
- Demonstrate advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign plus basic level Premiere Pro.
- Follow all visual branding guidelines, standards, and templates for company-wide utilization and best practices
- Management and coordination of the bank’s social media channels
- Develop social media strategies and content
- Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverageTraffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels
- Communicating clearly with our marketing and management team
- Providing feedback, and data regarding the success of individual events
- Working side-by-side with our team of Brand Ambassadors to ensure successful events
- Setup and breakdown of marketing displays
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, workshops, reading publications, and maintaining professional networks
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Experience with research methods using data analytics software
- Able to develop and execute a clear plan
- Team Player and self starter
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software
- Exceptional communication and presentation and interpersonal skills
- Occasional travel will be required, up to 25%
Experience and Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Marketing/Communications degree is preferred, and 2-4 years’ experience in marketing or graphic design role.
