We are currently seeking a Lead Restoration Technician for our office located in Philadelphia, PA

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEAD FIELD TECHNICIAN

In my role as a Lead Field Technician, I work closely with field technicians and subcontractors on water, fire, and mold remediation projects. My supervisory and leadership style focuses on safety protocols and quality results. In addition to documenting expenses and tracking time, I prepare crew sheets, room specifications, and field reports as necessary.

I keep our fleet stocked with supplies and ensure that it's clean at all times. Along with a strong team, I sometimes work in dirty, cold, and/or wet conditions that not everyone can handle. To ensure my safety and the safety of others, I follow safety protocols and wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. The phrase "It isn't my job" doesn't exist in my vocabulary. Whenever and wherever disaster strikes, I am available to work and am willing to travel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid driver's license
• Must pass DOT physical requirements
• Must be available for emergency work after hours and on weekends including on-call shifts
• Restoration experience is preferred but will train
• Must pass a "fit test" for proper fit of respirator (could involve shaving facial hair
• One or a few of the following certifications: IICRC, WRT, FSRT, ASD, AMRT
