What are the responsibilities and job description for the Toddler Or Infant Teacher/floater position at First Steps Preschool?
First Steps Preschool is seeking an experienced teacher to work as a Co-teacher in our Toddler Classroom OR in our Infant room- and as a floater. We are also looking for a full-time afternoon floater.
Hours are flexible, but approximately
10:00pm - 6:00pm M-F.
This person must be creative, dependable, organized, motivated and LOVE
children.

*High-School diploma or GED.
*Must be comfortable on the floor with children.
*Must be able to obtain AZ fingerprint card, TB skin testing, CPR/First Aid card, and
Foodhandler's card before start date.
Job duties include:
*Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate early childhood
educational activities.
*Interacting throughout the day in a positive manner.
*Establishing and maintaining a classroom environment that builds on each child's
physical, social/emotional, and intellectual development.
*Maintaining a clean, attractive and well-organized classroom.
*Tracking and recording developmental milestones.
*Working with families.
*Attending on-going trainings and educational classes.
