The First Tennessee Development District is accepting applications for a full time Workforce Employer Coordinator. Duties include but are not limited to recruiting businesses/organizations/agencies for job placements for individuals in recovery and/or justice involved, promoting the Caring Workplaces Initiative via extensive business/community engagement, outreach, boards, etc. and relationship and case management of the recruited employers. Excellent written and oral communications and listening skills required. Public relations/marketing/media relations experience a plus. A degree in business, marketing, communication preferred, or relevant work experience considered. The bi-weekly salary is $1817.92.
