Our HR Office Manager will be responsible for:
- HR Tracking
- FMLA/Workers Comp
- Absences and Lates
- Personnel File management
- Training management (computer based First Transit University)
- Recruiting system and new hire document tracking
- Payroll inputting and payroll reports
- Dashboard backup
- Uniform Inventory Management
- Shipping duties (i.e. computers that need to go back)
- Purchasing tracking/Purchasing backup
- Connect App
- Special projects (Letters out to drivers/communication flyers/develop spreadsheets/seniority lists/vacation management, etc.)
- Duties as assigned to assist GM and Ops
To qualify as a HR Office Manager, you’ll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Must be a self-starter and work independently
- Computer Literate
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office applications is required (Excel/Word)
- Experience in payroll/office skills/purchasing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent desire to provide excellent customer service is a must
- Ability to build and motivate teams
