Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000, based on experience
Full Range: $80,000 - $110,000
Classification: Full Time, Exempt

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, perform, and supervise operational, compliance, and other audits
- Participate SOX/ICFR walkthroughs, process documentation, testing, and other activities as assigned
- Interface with external auditors, regulators, and professional services firms
- Conduct various annual risk assessments and create of the annual audit plan with Director of Risk
- Work with Risk Team to implement new GRC tool
- Lead the Incident Response Program for Controls, Procedure and Process remediation (CPP)
- Work with internal teams to deliver value-adding audit findings and recommendations from all audit work personally performed
- Review work performed by contracted auditors, as necessary
- Prepare Audit Committee materials for Director of Risk
- Supervise maintenance of the Audit Findings database and reports and oversee findings follow-up with designated responsible finding owners
- Create Exam and Audit Resolution (EAR) Committee packets and conduct meetings
- Supervise the maintenance of accurate audit files and documentation
- Look for process improvements for audit programs and work paper techniques
- Supervise, train, and develop audit staff
- Know and comply with all Company policies set forth in Company's Policies and procedures;
- Review Associate Handbook and Company Policies annually, as prescribed by Human Capital;
- Complete and Comply with the Companies Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and Policy Acknowledgement;
- Attend professional education to retain any certificates or to obtain certificates, as determined
- Complete all assigned training on time.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Microsoft Office Suite, with Excel skills; GRC a plus
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- High initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong written, oral, and verbal communications skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Knowledge of security devices
Education Level Education Details Required/Preferred
Bachelor's Degree, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related business degree from a four-year college or university Required
Experience Level Experience Details Required/Preferred
7-10 years, 7-10 years of relevant audit experience, preferably in public accounting or internal audit; banking and trust operations audit experience preferred, Required
1-3 years, Supervision or progressive/Senior Audit Work, Preferred
