Responsibilities - Service Advisor:
- Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on costs and options for auto repairs, maintenance, recall work, offer additional services and 'specials', and schedule appointments for service work
- Greet customers and answer auto repair/maintenance questions
- Follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
- Review completed work order with customer and ensure their concerns were addressed
- Maintain high CSI score
- Auto Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager or dealership experience is preferred
- Basic automotive operational knowledge
- Good computer, customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
- Team first mentality
- Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass pre-employment screening
