What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Certified Medical Assistant/LPN/Clinic Tech position at FirstHealth of the Carolinas?
The Lead Certified Medical Assistant/LPN/Clinic Tech will assist the Clinic Manager with the interviewing/hiring process, the implementation of policies and procedures, training of new staff members, providing feedback for annual employee evaluations, providing notification of patient safety concerns, and areas for process improvement. The lead position will also be involved in providing patient care.
Qualifications: Certified Medical Assistant must be a graduate of accredited Medical Assistant program and must be certified. LPN must be a graduate of a LPN program and have a current license. Clinic Tech must have a current paramedic certification. AHA BLS is required. 1 year experience is preferred.
